Newcomer in Poland has studied in different system of education. She or he uses different language. Most of the time her or his level of Polish is not sufficient. He or she was raised in different reality. He or she is a perfect match for a labor market in the country of origin but cannot match requirements of new market.

The moment of migration changes everything. Radical changes are a challenge for migrant. They are connected with huge stress and a person has a feeling of being lost or confused.

One of the very first step may be using an advice of our career counselors. They can help in following matters:

  • understanding of reality of Polish labor market, including specific branches;
  • support in finding a job that suits to your experience, skills and competencies;
  • support in developing individual career path and advices about retraining or acquiring new skills;
  • support in finding appropriate job offers – where to find them, how effectively participate in recruitment processes;
  • writing resume or covering letter in Polish;
  • preparing for job interview;
  • advice about nostrification of documents and certificates as well as legal cases (on the basic level – if the support is needed make an appointment with our lawyer).

We would like to emphasize that our career counselors are not an employment agent and they do not actively look for job offers for their clients. On the basis of their advices you can look for job on your own and then consult it with our career counselor.
