HelpMi – Code of Conduct for HR working with migrants

We are pleased to present you a short film promoting the principles of the Code of Conduct for HR specialists who are dealing with migrant employees. 

The Code of Conduct determines the way HR Professionals, managers, and the staff of a company or organization must behave or what best practices they can use to facilitate the inclusion and integration of migrants or employees with a migrant background. It is a Code of Ethics and general guidelines or values to be followed or used when hiring or working with foreigners.

This Code of Conduct is committed to the principles of equal opportunities and diversity management. It does not discriminate on employment matters, including matters of recruitment, pay (wages and other benefits), working conditions and conditions of employment, access to training, promotions, termination of employment, or retirement. It values ​​the diversity and variety of individual talents and its staff and ensures that men and women have equal rights and development opportunities according to their capabilities, needs, and priorities.

The Code encourages a creative, culturally diverse, and supportive work environment and does not tolerate discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, color, sexual orientation, religion or belief, age, marital status, disability, medical condition, or pregnancy.
