The project “HelpMi: Helping migrants to integrate in work environments” is co-funded by the European Commission under Erasmus + Programme – KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices – Strategic Partnership for Adult Education.

The project started on 1st September 2019 with a total duration of 24 months.

The consortium consists of 5 organizations, coming from 5 different European countries (Cyprus, Greece, Finland, Italy, and Poland). The project coordinator is ASDA RY with partners being Enoros Consulting Ltd, Formazione Co&So Network, Foundation for Somalia, and Kokkalis Foundation.

The overall objective of the project is to train HR Professionals to help migrants integrate into work environments, to better prepare and deploy the education and training of HR professionals, to confront equity, diversity, and inclusion challenges in the working environment as well as to promote the integration of migrant employees. The project aims to improve the diversity management competencies of HR professionals in order to create an inclusive environment where each employee despite nationality is able to learn, grow and contribute to the organization’s success.

In the framework of the project, the Kick-off meeting was organized on the 22nd -23rd of January in Finland with the participation of all partners’ representatives in order to discuss the project activities and implementation cycle.
