On Saturday morning, 6th of June at 11 a.m. we invite you to join us online, LIVE, for meeting with Marią Mercedes Alayon from Ola Latina Warszawa. Maria will prepare for us something special from Venezuela – Vegan Empanada and salsa pico de Gallo and will also talk a little bit about herself.
Few words about Ola Latina:
Ola Latina is an small restaurant raised by three latin-polish families. We cook from our heart traditional recipes which show the mixture in latin-american culture. Our dishes include gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options but the meat lovers are welcome as well. we want to share the latin vibes in the center of Warsaw not only trough food, cultural activities and live music are part of our proporsal every weekend in summer.
Few words about Maria:
My name is Maria Mercedes Alayón. I arrived to Poland 2,5 years ago with my son and husband. I studied nutrition in Venezuela and developed a career as a food security research and developed an small gastrro business in Caracas. Due the political situation in Venezuela We decided to migrate to Poland because the polish heritage of my husband. At the beginning we struggle so much getting used to live here (specially because the language) but with Ola Latina We are finally feeling Warsaw as our city and a place to grow up.
