Digitalized Training Package for employees with a migrant background is a digitized training package containing theoretical and practical studies on the following topics:
Module 1: Cultural aspects and policies in the work placement
Module 2: Rights and responsibilities of employees with migrant background
Module 3: Civil Registry and required actions after arrival
Module 4: Change of employer or work placement
Module 5: Communication and Performing skills
Module 6: Complaints and problems at work
We have prepared short introductory videos for each module, available in the partners’ languages (English, Polish, Greek, Italian, and Finnish), as well as in Russian, Arabic, and Persian. Other language versions are available on Youtube!
