[/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text]Says Łukasz Olszta, FDS career counsellor: Firstly, remember that all the meetings are completely free of charge. We offer support and help – but we don’t make money here!

We may have to meet only once or more times. During the meeting we will talk about what you can do and what you like to do, as well as – what is the most important – how we can utilize your skills on the labour market.

I will tell you where you can find a job in Warsaw. I will show you how to speak with a Polish employer in an efficient way, so that you can get your job position secured.

But remember – it is you who looks for the job, not us.

What does it mean? I will give you some tips on how to prepare an excellent resume. Such document would encourage employers to call and invite for an interview. But remember: I cannot write this CV for you – you have to do it by yourself.

I will show you where to look for a job, but you have to (at home or using computer room in the Foundation) browse for an interesting job offer by yourself. I will show you how to speak with a Polish employer, but at the interview you will be speaking with him or her on your own.

If you want to work, earn money and become independent – arrange a meeting with our career counsellor!

How can you do that? Write us an e-mail, call us or come to the Foundation for Somalia.

Remember – we are open for all migrants! It is enough to be willing to work, to have a bit of courage and to do the first step!

See you soon!
