Project entitled: Comprehensive program for supporting women suffering from Gender Based Violence (GBV) financed by HIAS.

The program includes three components: cash support for housing purposes, support for people experiencing gender-based violence, and professional activation.
The aim of this assistance program “Cash for rent” is to cover the costs of rent and other basic needs of program participants who are unable to meet them as a result of forced migration to Poland and difficulties in finding accommodation, their current living and living situation, as well as difficulties resulting from the impact of GBV and the stress they have experienced in recent months. By the end of December 2022, 42 women had received cash support, and a total of 109 cash grants had been distributed. FDS, in agreement with HIAS, uses Sodexo’s services for transfers and card distribution. In addition to cash support, we provided support in the form of distribution of Biedronka prepaid cards worth PLN 150 for 48 people. In other components of the program, we supported 98 cases through the Case Manager, and integration advisors provided 404 consultations, and a career advisor participated in 180 consultations. 91 people took part in Polish language courses.
