Poland: Market Development Activity – Good Start in the Polish Market

O projekcie

Poland: Market Development Activity – Good Start in the Polish Market is an initiative supported by the European Union and implemented in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The project is aimed at Ukrainian citizens who arrived in Poland after February 24, 2022, and aims to support their integration into the labor market through the development of professional and language skills, as well as individual counseling.

As part of the project, participants have the opportunity to take part in free Polish language courses that prepare them for effective communication in everyday life and in professional environments. Additionally, each person receiving support will have access to individual career counseling, including assistance in preparing CVs, searching for job offers, and preparing for interviews.

One of the key elements of the project is career mentoring, which provides long-term support in building a career path. Through regular meetings with mentors, participants have the opportunity to develop an individual action plan, acquire practical skills, and increase their confidence in the labor market.

The project also includes legal counseling, which helps participants understand their rights and obligations regarding employment in Poland.

Poland: Market Development Activity – Good Start in the Polish Market is an initiative that not only supports the professional adaptation of refugees but also contributes to their long-term stabilization and integration into Polish society.
